Given that we are usually at large, working at clients' sites, it is usually fastest to contact us via telecommunications. For example, EMail or telephone. Please note that advice given is assessed on information provided. For important work, a gardening expert should inspect in person before work proceeds.
Replies to EMail usually occur within 72 hours, unless your message is refered to one of our specialists. You will be informed if this is the case. If you have no response within 48 hours (excluding weekends and UK holidays), we may not have recieved your message. Please do not EMail us repeatedly. If you have an urgent problem, such as dying plants, please contact us by telephone. Additionally, please refrain from sending us EMail attachments, especially obscure or proprietary formats. For example, there are a multitude of graphics programs, each with its own format (some of which are expensive, none of which we use). Only send plain text within within your EMail application everything else may be ignored or bounced.

Gardening staff are usually located at client sites around London and the South East of England. Technical staff telecommute between Farncombe, Guildford, Basingstoke and Leatherhead.
